Rib Man Busted Twice for Shoving Racks Down His Pants in Grocery

In The News Ribs are meant to be one place only--and that does not include down the pants. A guy in Pennsylvania's been busted for having ribs in a wrong place, twice. It seems one man likes to shove racks of ribs down his pants.
Cops insist it's not the first time: Carlisle, PA, cops claim 65-year-old Donald Noone is responsible for hiding about twenty bucks worth of ribs in his pants this time -- but that he tried to do the same about three months ago, at a grocery store in May. He pled guilty in the incident involving retail rib theft and public drunkenness. Hopefully the third time's not the charm. But at least the 'rib man' seems to limit any drunk in public scenarios to grocery stores -- and hasn't been mistaken for a drunken clown driving a golf cart.
