Beyonce's Sister Gives Last Leg in Accusations of Racial Discrimination by Miami Police

Beyoncé's just announced she’s pregnant via the VMAs but her sister’s got a bigger announcement: Sister Solange is donating her last leg after a bad scenario with Miama Beach police and accusations of racial discrimination. The celebrity’s sister claims she was blocked from a nightclub because she's black--and that a cop in Florida pulled a weapon and tried to pull (or deflate) her 5-foot banana.

Things got heated when Beyoncé's sister Solange Knowles got barred access to Cameo Nightclub in Miami – because she was carrying a large, five-foot inflatable fruit. The singer’s sibling says she got denied access to the club because she’s black. Knowles also claims off-duty cops took her across the street to continue the conversation, and that one Florida police officer pulled a weapon. The off-duty police officer is also accused of threatening to deflate her banana.

Solange Knowles took to Twitter, posting over the weekend: "A [Miami Beach] police officer just pulled a weapon on me. I have done NOTHING illegal, against the law, or anything of the sort.”

The accusations are very unfunny for the Miami Beach Police Department that’s accused of racial bias and motivations.

Aside from transporting a 5-foot inflatable banana, there is one humorous part to the Knowles scenario -- at least in terms of her Twitter posting. It seems the celebrity singer’s sister is up for donating a leg: "I have literally had my last leg with discriminating police! Miami police department will be notified ... I am simply tired of police using arrogance, ego and authority as an offense."

It's worth a limb.
