If you think certain four-letter words are bad, try the one with a 'j': Cops have arrested a Pennsylvania woman for texting the word 'jerk' to her ex-boyfriend. It's cost her $750 dollars a letter plus a whole lot of trouble. Considering the repercussions, perhaps Kimberly Bush should've considered one better.

It's been said that not a lot good happens after two a.m., especially on weekends -- when drinks and 'texting under the influence' can enter the mix. Cops say Kimberly Bush doesn't remember sending any text, including the 'jerk' one, per an affidavit. The Nazareth resident reportedly told law enforcement she'd been taking a prescription drug and also enjoying some drinks that night in July. Four Xanax pills (plus roughly three drinks at a bar) later, a costly text message was sent. And, unfortunately for Kimberly Bush, received.

In the early a.m. hours of a Saturday, Bush sent out a single line text. That text was actually limited to one word -- but that word turned into big trouble with law enforcement. The 45-year-old Bush had been court-ordered to cease all contact with her Pennsylvania ex. Mobile phones and text messages kind of qualify as communication.

A text that read 'jerk' -- received near 2:30 in the morning -- reportedly left ex-boyfriend David Gosnell, Sr, in a spooked or wary state: The ex-boyfriend claims he was worried, that he felt like Kimberly Bush may be lurking outside of his home that night. He says barking dogs outside his home led him to believe his ex-girlfriend may have been lurking outside. At face value, it sounds like something else may have been attributing to the guy's paranoia -- but, then again, it's hard to say: The woman had been charged with entering Gosnell's house unlawfully on June 4. But that was just to recover a DVD. Because a DVD is important stuff. Only a window screen was injured in that escapade.

The DVD ended up costing Bush about $2,500 in bail, to get out of jail 6 weeks ago -- plus the condition she'd no longer contact her ex, in any form. Texting was apparently a violation of that condition.

Kimberly Bush and jail have met again: The woman has just been arraigned July 12 -- this time on new legal charges including 'harassment by communication' and 'disorderly conduct'. And, yes, more cash was involved. That four-letter word ended up being as expensive as the DVD: Bush got released on yet another $2,500 additional bail over 'jerk' -- $750 bucks per letter.

At that rate, Bush may have felt a little more satisfaction in at least choosing a different four-letter word.
