Tennessee has apparently been the hot spot on Tuesday: First 'smoking' canisters of bull semen--emitting a foul smell--hit the I-65 highway after a spill from a Greyhound bus before 6 a.m., causing emergency crews to ponder contents and toxicity related to the horrible odor. Just hours later intruders were discovered in a Bristol funeral parlor--physically sleeping in caskets at Weaver's Funeral Home.

Cops in Tennessee responded to an odd funeral home scenario -- after the funeral parlor's employees found two homeless people randomly sleeping inside its caskets.

Weaver's Funeral Home in Bristol called out police late in the morning when employees found two men asleep in what were empty coffins. The unexpected discovery led to the two men, intruders whom had apparently broken into the funeral home, to flee through a window.

Sleeping in caskets isn't a new theme over the past month: It was recently revealed that a man in Brazil has apparently been sleeping in a coffin once a week for the past 23 years. But -- even though the circumstances behind the coffin's acquisition are a bit strange -- at least the casket he's sleeping in actually belongs to him.

A nearby homeless shelter is apparently familiar with at least one of the men, whom it says has been a frequent guest at 'Haven of Rest'. One of the stranger parts of the scenario is that the shelter was available -- it's director, Wayne Sheridan, not sure why the man who has now been arrested didn't simply return to the shelter for the night, instead of the unique 'resting' place chosen by the man.

As for the guys in Bristol, police were only able to bust one: Barrett Lance Hartsock is accused of burglary and vandalism. The strangest part involves damages: Somehow two men managed to utilize not two but three of the funeral home's once-new caskets. Cops say there's more than $9,000 in damage done to the caskets where the two men were sleeping.

For a reason that can be easily guessed, one of the men apparently ripped the lid off of one of the caskets. For a reason that can't be easily guessed, neither man was actually using that casket for sleep. The men were instead found sleeping in two other caskets -- and the funeral home's director apparently feels those coffins won't be usable after the guests' overnight stay, for another reason that can be easily guessed.
