It's the mug shot of a lifetime: A monkey captured some self-portraits after professional photographer David Slater left his camera laying around while visiting a national park in North Sulawesi, Indonesia.
The unattended camera sparked interest from a female Crested Black Macaque monkeys -- a species of monkeys known for intelligence and dexterity. One female in particular was captivated by her reflection in the camera lens. And she managed to start the camera, and get a good shot or few.
