LG has announced that the Optimus T will begin Android Gingerbread 2.3 updates in December but I am not holding my breath since the phone has been out for a year awaiting a long overdue update. The LG Optimus T is a great little phone but the slowness from LG to get it up to date with the new Android 2.3 is a real buzzkill.

"Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They invent.
