A 7-year-old kid's actually being accused of sexual harassment over a school bus fight between children where a South Boston mother says her son was forced to self-defense after being choked. The young Massachusetts boy punched another first-grader in the groin--an effective target for physically serious situations--while Tynan Elementary claims sexual harassment or assault.

Washington state fruit processor "Snokist" has been supplying schools and kids nationwide with apple sauce--in addition to making baby foods--and the FDA says its reconditioning process needs to be proven as healthy. It’s certainly ironic: Marshall Junior High School boasts its Mavericks mascot--pushing the concept of "someone who exhibits great independence in thought and action”--while a teacher instead draws on a student's head with a Sharpie, specifically to make him less individual.
