Bentley Triggers 5 Car Monaco Casino Accident $1.1 Million Cars Damaged

It's amazing how a few seconds can be worth a million bucks--or actually $1.1 million dollars. Five luxury cars collide outside the main casino at Monaco's Place du Casino, for a tally of over a million dollars worth of damaged cars. It all seems based around a Bentley as the trigger. But throw in an Aston Martin, Porsche, Ferrari and Mercedes for fun.

The French Riviera's a hot spot in summer -- and so the famous Monaco casino. It all became the scene of what is sure to rank among the most famous international pile-ups of trashed cars involved in a single accident. Instead of gambling reasons, the Monaco's Place du Casino suddenly gained fame for vehicles after a car collision involving a Bentley Azure, a Mercedes S Class, a Ferrari F430, an Aston Martin Rapide and a Porsche 911 drew hundreds of intrigued onlookers.

The insurance companies are going to get to battle out who's to blame -- but while they're figuring out who is truly at fault, reportedly at least one of the triggers was when a Bentley Azure (estimated at US $400,000) scraped a Mercedes S Class (estimated at US $120,000) before the Bentley's driver ran into the Ferrari F430 (estimated at US $230,000). Reports say, somehow, the Bentley then ran into both the Aston Martin Rapide (estimated at US $230,000) and the Porsche 911 (estimated at US $130,000).

All said and done, not as bad as it could be: For the five cars estimated worth $1.1 million, the total repair bill's estimated to be roughly $160,000. Damages don't include what seem to be one hell of a crappy Bentley driver.
