U.S. celebrity singer Chris Brown has postponed London and UK concerts after being refused Visa entry to England/UK over his Court sentence for assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna, allegedly punching Rihanna in the face.

The 21-year-old singer, Brown, was slated to play four concert gigs in the UK-starting in Glasgow Wednesday, but Chris Brown's concert dates have been forced for delay after the U.S. celebrity singer's Visa application was turned down by the UK Borders Agency--refused for entry.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances [the denied UK Visa entry application] the Chris Brown UK tour [scheduled to be] starting tomorrow... has unfortunately been postponed," say tour promoters SJM Concerts, announced in statement via its online website.

In addition to the Glasgow concert, singer Chris Brown was due to play in Birmingham, Manchester and London. SJM tour promoters say that Brown fans should keep their concert tickets "as there will be more news in the forthcoming days of possible rearranged [concert] dates."

Either there could be forthcoming Brown concert dates, or one hell of a collectible item forthcoming from those canceled UK concerts.

The UK Home Office declined to comment officially, but there is confirmation that Chris Brown had been refused a Visa to the UK. "We reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offence [legal offense or crime]. Public safety is one of our primary concerns," says Barbara Woodward of the UK Border Agency. "Each [Visa] application to enter the UK is considered on its individual merit," she added.

Apparently, so far, Chris Brown's isn't adding up to a lot of "merit" with the UK.

After a plea deal in the U.S., Chris Brown was sentenced to five years' probation, a year-long domestic violence program and 180 days of community service labor, after pleading guilty to assaulting celebrity singer Rihanna on the eve of the Grammy Awards in February 2009.

The domestic violence incident between Chris Brown and Rihanna stunned the music industry and world-leaving Rihanna with visible cuts and bruises to her face following what is alleged as punches from Brown, forcing Rihanna to cancel a performance at the Grammy awards show. Legal affidavits in the case had alleged that Brown slammed Rihanna's head against the window of a car the couple had been travelling in, before prosecutors say that Brown had punched and bitten Rihanna.
