British Airways BA Charges Customers Twice to Keep Paid Mileage Purchased Already

I like flying British Airways and don't mind donating mileage to charity, but it makes me angry to be paying for miles twice (now Avios) twice. Purchased mileage is good for three years. BA used to offer a way to extend mileage by donating to charities. That option no longer exists and airline customers have to pay again, to keep a product already purchased previously. Read more

Schick Quattro Razors, the piece of hand-held (for lack of a better word) machinery that will tear your flesh to pieces. Forget nicks, scratches, or tiny cuts. I had all those last week and after owning the Schick for only a week by that point. My most recent bout with the Quattro and its supposedly smooth blades has resulted in a 3-inch slash and burn. Classmates.com Send Emails About Facebook Fake Reunion Pages

I got emails from classmates.com saying to go check out my high school reunion page. I saw the sender was classmates.com and so of course I was suspicious. This is the same site that years ago charged membership fees that took forever to cancel. They have spammed people emails for years. Read more

EZ Lube Takes Away Window Washing And Vacuuming Blames It On Customers

I went to EZ Lube for an oil change. They use to clean the windows and vacuum as part of the service like Jiffy Lube does. Not that they ever did the best job but it was nice to have the car vacuumed and windows cleaned in between washes. Read more
