Andy Dick Arrested Felony Sex Abuse Funny Bone

Andy Dick was sitting in Jail in West Virginia this morning, after what police call an 'attack' (or two 'attacks') that supposedly happened early Saturday morning (January 23, 2010). Dick had performed at the Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant (not Lucky Bone Comedy Club) in Huntington, West Virginia. Dick is already out on bail, scheduled to perform again today. Before release, Dick had been held at the Western Regional Jail, now out on $60,000 bail as courtesy of a managing partner of the Funny Bone.
 
Dick was arrested after claims that he had groped a female security guard and groped or touched a male customer at the Rum Runners bar. Both apparently involved genitals, and what seem unwilling (or at least unentertained) participants. Dick's flamboyant nature, in a bar in West Virginia, probably didn't help. But really-Felony Sex Abuse?
 
Spells big trouble for the comedian already on probation-already dealing with finishing out terms for two counts of felony sexual abuse in 2008, when Dick pulled a teenage girl's top down. "Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, The Huntington Police Department confirms current charges: "Sex Abuse in the First Degree," times two, and both Felony counts. Andy Dick just got his alcohol-monitoring bracelet removed in October but is still on probation, a bad thing considering these latest circumstances. Who can really take all of this seriously? Felonies. ridiculous. What's dumber-stupid, wack charges as felonies, or the fact a nighclub/comedy club owner bailed him out for sixty grand?
