I bought a framed poster from allposters.com in April 2012, the whole transaction process was in Hong Kong Dollars. To my amazement when the credit card statement arrived, they had charged me US Dollars, US$889. That's 8x more than the price I stated on the website. I contacted the company to complain about the over-charging and they apologized, saying that he difference will be refunded in 8-10 days. It's now July and still no refund. I have spoken to over 8 people in the company as no one has taken ownership of the problem, and it seems I'm powerless against these thieves.
