Survivor TV show Producer Bruce Beresford-Redman and two sisters who are family of the murdered Monica Beresford-Redman met in a Los Angeles courtroom--to fight for custody over the Producer's two children. Only a week prior, restraining order against Bruce's father, David Beresford-Redman was issued by Los Angeles courts.

Mexican authorities have accused Beresford-Redman of killing his wife, Monica, at a Cancun resort, while Beresford-Redman denies any involvement in his wife's murder or any wrongdoing. The former "Survivor" TV show Producer arrived in Los Angeles Court Friday--unexpectedly--for a legal hearing involving custody of the couple's children.

Confrontation occurred in Court at the custody hearing, between the television producer and family of his murdered wife: "How could you do that to my sister?"' Jeane Burgos, Monica's sister, shouted at Beresford-Redman as he was walking away from the LA courtroom.

"How could you do that?"' Carla Burgos, another sister of Monica Beresford-Redman at the custody hearing, then shouted. "Wake up and smell the real coffee. Divine justice is going to get you."'

While reports say Beresford-Redman turned back toward the sisters, there was no response. Reports say that attorney for the two sisters, however, chased after the TV Producer on foot, to legally serve him documents.

Only about a week ago, Bruce Beresford-Redman's father--David--received a restraining order issued by Los Angeles courts, after Norma Paula De Ahlf said she was threatened with a handgun by the man, which she says occurred at the Los Angeles restaurant owned by his son's murdered wife and named "Zabumba". Bruce's father, David, said "I have never owned a hadgun; I have never possessed a handgun."

Los Angeles courts believed there is enough reason to issue a requested restraining order to the Norma Paula De Ahlf says David Beresford-Redman entered the Los Angeles "Zabumba" restaurant at the beginning of June, with his right hand inside of his shirt and asked an employee "in a very threatening way, 'Where is Norma? I want to talk to Norma."

De Ahlf says, "The way he was looking at me with his hand in his shirt as if he had a weapon ... so menacingly, I honestly believed he wanted to kill me."

Paula De Ahlf says in legal docouments, "I am afraid of him [Beresford-Redman] and fear that he will harm me because of all the information I have regarding his son and Monica."

Paula De Ahlf also says that several weeks before the Beresford-Redmans' trip to Cancun Mexico [where Monica Beresford-Redman was murdered], Monica told her she was going to withdraw "a lot of money from their joint account [bank account between Bruce Beresford-Redman and Monica Beresford-Redman]. In the following several days, she [Monica] withdrew the money, she changed the locks on their house and threw Bruce's clothes out in trash bags and out into the street," adding "Bruce knew that I was aware about the extramarital affair"

Norma Paula De Ahlf also says that Monica told her Bruce and David had taken around $25,000 out of Monica and Bruce's joint account--in order to pay a financial debt David owed. Norma also says Bruce and David took additional money out of the Beresford-Redmans' joint bank account to buy either stocks or bonds in Bruce's name only.

In Norma Paula De Ahlf's declaration, she claims she was suspicious of the trip Bruce had planned for the Beresford-Redmans to Cancun, because it was the only trip he had planned throughout his 11-year marriage to Monica.

A judge in Santa Monica city (county of Los Angeles) granted a temporary restraining order to Paula De Ahlf, an order which prohibits David from going within 100 yards of Paula De Ahlf, expiring on June 22.
