Kudos to the Comcast Cable customer responsible for the filming, and excellent direction, of this self-made video clip of Comcast service. Here, Comcast customers can find and relate to sleeping, resting Comcast service repair technicians.
This service repair tech is waiting on hold, where he fell asleep, while waiting so long to speak to his own Comcast cable company by telephone.
Note the glass of water on the table, in front of the sleeping Comcast cable tech. At least the customer helps ensure the service repair tech's comfort.
