A Massachusetts woman faces assault charges after performing ‘justice’ of her own accord, hitting what she says was a speeding motorist--launching a bag of dog feces at the driver.
Belmont police say the woman contacted them to report that she’d been walking her dog when witnessing a male, speeding driver almost hit a bicyclist. The driver contacted police the following day—reporting being struck in the face with dog feces, the woman facing three legal charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, vandalism to property and disorderly conduct.
