An Indiana guy ups the ante for the "drunk driver hall of fame": police bust and charge a guy doing more than drinking and driving -- a true multi-tasker, the 'Operating Under the Influence' recipient gets busted while watching a porn video.
Police claim that a car was first seen "drifting left of center" after midnight this week, the arresting officer claiming that 53-year-old Gregory Green accidentally put the car into reverse while the officer yelled multiple times that the vehicle needed to put in ‘Park’.
The Indiana police officer says he caught sight of a rolling porn -- playing on a portable DVD player in the front of the vehicle – when he finally caught up to Green at a standstill. The driver is alleged to have had more than double the state’s legal blood alcohol (BAC) level of 0.17 percent – while simultaneously having what is possibly the most creative excuse for having his attention diverted, busted for an OUI (Operating Under the Influence).
Hopefully, for his sake, the driver didn’t back up into the police car, to add any additional charges like assault against a police officer. No word on any secondary charges beyond the current OUI -- or what legal charges Indiana can be prosecuted for Operating While Intoxicated -- While Operating Porn.
