It seems times are tough—even for robbers—as a woman rips off a McDonald's restaurant while wearing mens’ underwear over her face, held in place with paper clips, as a disguise. Safety pins were apparently too expensive.
The Midwest suburb of Oklahoma City McDonald’s has surveillance video of a middle-aged woman dressed in black pants, black shirt, gloves, and blonde wig. Video footage shows the female robber walking up to a McDonald's drive-through window, wearing a pair of men's underwear wrapped around her face--held in place with paper clips.
Apparently the robber didn’t need the ‘expensive’ outfit or paper clip creativity—she simply reached through the drive-through window when employees had stepped away. In fact, she had plenty of time to slide open a cash register drawer--using a key—and steal the register’s cash.
"It [the robbery] was pretty brazen. There were employees inside the [McDonald’s] business when all this was going on," police said. Hmmm…a cash register a drive-through window, conveniently left unattended—with key—long enough for a robbery to occur. This is obviously a tough one for the Oklahoma police. Puzzling, how it all occurred simultaneously. When in doubt, assign the term of “brazen”—since nothing seems to point to an “inside job”.
Apparently, wearing mens’ underwear on your head—with paper clips as ‘fasteners’—isn’t brazen at all.
